I'd like to introduce you to ProductCamp Minnesota in hopes that you might be willing to promote it to your colleagues.

ProductCamp is a collaborative, user organized "unconference," focused on Product Marketing and Management topics. 

At ProductCamp there are no "attendees," since everyone participates in some manner: presenting, leading a roundtable discussion, sharing their experiences, helping with logistics, securing sponsorships, helping with registration, or volunteering in other ways. This is a self organizing collaborative event that is always fun, rewarding and a cool experience! 

ProductCamp is a great opportunity for you to learn from, teach to, and network with professionals involved in the Product Management and Marketing field from Minnesota and surrounding states!
