General Information

Everyone participates – there is no set schedule of presentations, demos or round table topics. Attendees submit presentations/sessions to be pitched at the PCamp event. Each presenter has 30-60 seconds to present an overview of their session(s). There is a wall grid for presenters to post their session descriptions for attendees to review.

Attendees vote on the presentations that they would like to see. The Planning Committee volunteers will take the top vote getters and schedule them on the wall grid. Participants vote with their feet. At any time, there is no requirement to stay in a session if you are not getting enough value from it. Find ones that spark your interest.

5:30 – 6:30 PM Registration, Lite Bites and Networking.
6:30 – 6:45 PM Welcome, Session Pitches  & Session Voting
6:45 – 7:45 PM Sessions
7:45 – 8:00 PM Wrap-up, Feedback & Clean-up

Ready for a great experience? It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!

1. Click on the Register tab to reserve your spot. Be sure to put the June PCamp on your calendar.

2. Think about how you’ll contribute. If you got something to share, do a presentation. If you want to hear different views about a particular topic, get 2-3 colleagues to be on a panel discussion. You are only limited by your own creativity. Email your idea to pcampmn@gmail.com.

3. Be sure you are looped in on future PCamps. There are three ways to stay “in the know”…
